Nuts and legumes

Nuts and legumes suffer the same problem as cereals?: they too are seeds containing anti-nutrients to avoid the seed sprouting berfore it's time. It was a great disappointent to me to discover that nuts (includign coconut nuts) are tarred with the same brush as legumes, despite their being the darling of many a paleo recommendation.

My take:

  • Some nuts, especially a few Brizil nuts for the selenium, and Coconuts for the lauric fatty acids
