Don’t eat anything your great-great grandmother wouldn’t recognize as food


My take:

  • Zero sugar
  • My only exception is fruit, but the real, organic sour fruits, not the sweet ones
  • Zero non-sugar sweeteners. It's amazing how quickly one's sweet tooth vanishes once you get a taste for real food
