aikido (合氣道)

I have studied the fascinating art of aikido with the riai aikido school since 1993, initially under Henry Lynch sensei.

Riai aikido is affiliated with the California Aikido Association. Other aikido clubs with whom I train from time to time include Shinryukan, Kenkyukai and Takemusu and the aikido clubs of Kapiti and Palmerston North.
