Duck and snow peas

This simple but delicious combination in refinement, based on a fine version in a Newtown, Sydney restaurant:

  • Wok fry some sliced duck breasts
  • Add chilli and pre-cooked pumpkin chunks (make sure they're dry)
  • Dash of stock to moisten but not liquify
  • Serve with snow peas, and rice or noodles
