This simple but delicious combination in refinement, based on a fine version in a Newtown, Sydney restaurant:
- Wok fry some sliced duck breasts
- Add chilli and pre-cooked pumpkin chunks (make sure they're dry)
- Dash of stock to moisten but not liquify
- Service with snow peas, and rice or noodles
