- Chop goodies: shallots, ginger, garlic and chilli
- Chop pork steak cross-wise
- Chop spring onions
- Egg
- Noodles
- Bean sprouts
- Stock
- Soy sauce

- Fry goodies until brown in peanut oil
- Add pork and continue
- When meat cooked, break egg over end mix
- Add noodles and stir fry, adding stock to keep wok just moist
- Stir in soy at end
- Add greens and beans and serve
