Prepare Wok it
  • Chop goodies: shallots, ginger, garlic and chilli
  • Chop pork steak cross-wise
  • Chop spring onions
  • Egg
  • Noodles
  • Bean sprouts
  • Stock
  • Soy sauce
  • Fry goodies until brown in peanut oil
  • Add pork and continue
  • When meat cooked, break egg over end mix
  • Add noodles and stir fry, adding stock to keep wok just moist
  • Stir in soy at end
  • Add greens and beans and serve
